How can I receive a refund if online store fails to deliver goods/provide services?
In order to receive a refund you need to contact employees of the company to which you have paid and ask to give refund. You must provide bill/receipt confirming successful payment. If online shop refuses to give refund, you have the right to apply to your issuing bank and ask to cancel transaction.
I have enough money on my payment card, but I cannot pay for goods in online store. What may be the reason?
Check whether you have filled in payment form correctly. If payment form is filled in correctly, the reason may be restriction on online payments imposed by your issuing bank. In order to eliminate restriction you need to apply to your issuing bank (bank that issued your payment card). Depending on bank’s established order you can eliminate such restriction by making a call or by submitting a request to the bank.
