How can I receive a refund if online store fails to deliver goods/provide services?
In order to receive a refund you need to contact employees of the company to which you have paid and ask to give refund. You must provide bill/receipt confirming successful payment. If online shop refuses to give refund, you have the right to apply to your issuing bank and ask to cancel transaction.
I have enough money on my payment card, but I cannot pay for goods in online store. What may be the reason?
Check whether you have filled in payment form correctly. If payment form is filled in correctly, the reason may be restriction on online payments imposed by your issuing bank. In order to eliminate restriction you need to apply to your issuing bank (bank that issued your payment card). Depending on bank’s established order you can eliminate such restriction by making a call or by submitting a request to the bank.

No, there is no such necessity because our secure payment page was certified and has own SSL certificate.
How reports on transactions are submitted?
Reports on transactions processed by Processing.kz system are sent by e-mail to online shop’s responsible person on a daily basis.
How commission fees are debited from account?
Bank’s commission fee is debited from account automatically upon each transaction processing.
Are there any restrictions on online purchase sum?
Restrictions on purchase sum are imposed by acquiring bank based upon your financial statement. Such sum is fixed in agreement.
How much commission is charged for processed transaction?
Amount of commission is established by bank on a case by case basis. JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan decided to establish 3% commission fee for all cards Visa and MasterCard of any bank of the world for the test period.
What is the term for crediting compensation for transaction to merchant’s account?
Term for crediting compensation for transaction is established by bank depending on risk level assigned to merchant. Risk level is determined in accordance with bank’s internal regulations and depends on a range of factors (from segment of market in which you will work to your credit history).
How much does it take to connect to the system?
It takes 1-2 days to perform engineering works required for establishing connection with Processing.kz system (exclusive of development of web site by online shop). By that time you must conclude agreement with the bank, which can take 2 to 7 weeks.

How will relations be formalized?
In order to connect to the service allowing to accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards, you have to conclude Internet acquiring agreement with the bank. Agreement may be concluded only with legal entities. After conclusion (or in the course of conclusion) of agreement your online shop is integrated with Processing.kz payment gateway.
How much does it cost to connect to your system?
Connection to and servicing by Processing.kz payment gateway are free of charge. You pay only for Internet acquiring services directly to bank.
What payment cards are accepted for payment in my online store connected to your system?
You’ll be able to make payments in online shop with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards of any banks of the world.
Do you guarantee security of my payment card data?
Confidential information about your card is collected and processed in Processing.kz processing system, but not on merchant’s web site. Security of data transmission is ensured by SSL protocol and protected bank networks. Secure storage of data is ensured by PCI DSS certificate. In Processing.kz system there is stored only information being essential to operation of the system.
